(Telecompaper) T-Mobile Netherlands has launched '4G voor Thuis' (4G for Home), which it is touting as an alternative to landline internet. The service provides internet via a 4G modem, which transforms the 4G signal into a Wi-Fi one that can be used to simultaneously connect 32 devices. With the service, the operator is targeting households that suffer from slow or unstable landline internet. 4G for Home is available with three different internet bundles: 25 GB, 50 GB, and 100 GB, for EUR 30, EUR 40 and EUR 50 respectively, so that users can determine which data plan best suits their needs. The subscription can be adjusted up or down every month, or temporarily paused. It can be canceled at the end of any month. Customers will be able to try 4G for Home for one month without obligation. Customers with an internet bundle of 50 GB or 100 GB will be able to use unlimited internet every night from midnight to 6.00 am, without using any data from their monthly internet bundle.
