A third TAPS Fish House & Brewery opened Monday in Irvine, a "2.0" version of the 16-year-old flagship Brea restaurant that blends old-fashioned fine dining with contemporary touches aimed at today's experience-driven epicureans. At The Market Place restaurant, owner Joe Manzella said he's combining "all the things he's wanted to do" in a restaurant and packing it into his third TAPS.
