TDC CEO to step down by year-end as new owners plan strategy to split up Danish ops

(Telecompaper) Danish operator TDC said that group CEO and president Pernille Erenbjerg has announced her resignation no later than 31 December 2018. She will support TDC's new owners, a consortium of pension funds and Macquarie Infrastructure and Real Assets, until her replacement has been appointed. TDC added that Mike Parton will become chairman of the board of directors, following the EGM on the previous day.
