TIM Brasil completes sale of second lot of mobile towers

(Telecompaper) TIM Brasil has announced the sale of a second lot of mobile towers to American Tower for BRL 517 million. The deal covers the transfer to American Tower of 1,125 telecommunication towers. The proceeds from the transaction will contribute to supporting TIM Brasil's investment strategy. The operator expects the sale of the remaining 1,180 towers to occur in the coming months.
