(Telecompaper) Three companies have applied to become Singapore's fourth mobile operator, the InfoComm Development Authority of Singapore announced. These are Australian operator TPG Telecom, French businessman Xavier Niel's local company MyRepublic and the company AirYotta, led by former executives of OMGTel.
