TRIB has joined forces with American Commercial Tire Network to launch a video that highlights the massive environmental benefits of tire retreading. According to TRIB Managing Director David Stevens, retreading conserves huge amounts of raw materials, reduces carbon dioxide output, keeps millions of tires out of landfill every year, and eventually helps with recycling of end-of-life tires to be used in other applications such as pavement and rubber mulch.
