Available in bidirectional configuration and designed for local interconnect network (LIN) BUS protection in industrial applications, PESD1LIN protects one power or I/O port and is rated at 200 W peak pulse power per line for 8/20 secondary lightning surge. Asymmetrical line protection is pin 1–2, 15 V and pin 2–1, 24 V. Supplied in molded JEDEC SOD-323 package, device also provides low clamping voltage; and min breakdown voltage at 15 mA is 17.2 V for pin 1–2 and 25.5 V for pin 2–1.
