Units are available in standoff voltage ratings from 10–77 V for both uni-directional and bi-directional devices. Featuring 600 W peak pulse power dissipation rating, diodes are AEC-Q101 qualified and comply with IEC 61000-4-2 and IEC 610000-4-4 standards.
