Featuring conductive polymer electrodes, TCH Series offers capacitance values from 1.5–680 µF and voltage range spanning 10–100 V. Space-grade SMD devices are hermetically sealed in ceramic cases filled with inert gases to eliminate material and performance degradation from exposure to high temperature, humidity, and ambient atmosphere. Rated for use in temperatures from -55 to +125°C, capacitors are available with J-lead or under-tab terminations.
