Impervious to capacitance variations caused by temperature and voltage fluctuations, F38 Series offers alternative to MLCCs in smartphones, tablet PCs, and other wireless consumer devices. SMD capacitors come in miniature M and S cases and feature conductive polymer cathodes that can handle high ripple currents. While 1.6 x 0.85 x 0.8 mm M-case size capacitors are available rated for 10 V and 2.2 or 4.7µF, 2.0 x 1.25 x 0.8 mm S-case size capacitors are available rated for 6.3 V and 47 µF.
