Tata Communications to formally delist from NYSE

The company said in a notice on BSE that it will terminate the registration of its American Depositary Shares , as evidenced by American Depositary Receipts , under Section 12 of the US Securities Exchange Act, 1934, which will further terminate its reporting obligations with the US Securities and Exchange Commission .
