Tata Housing Development Company, the realty arm of Tata Group and a subsidiary of Tata Sons, will invest Rs 1,500-Rs 2,000 crore in the current calendar year to kick off several projects across the country in all consumer segments, from value to luxury. Meanwhile, Tata Value Homes, a subsidiary of Tata Housing, is also in the process of investing Rs 2,500-Rs 3,000 crore in several parts of the country to put up affordable housing, Brotin Banerjee, managing director and CEO of Tata Housing Development said on Tuesday.
