Telefonica, Samsung ink global carrier billing agreement

(Telecompaper) Telefonica Digital and Samsung have signed a global agreement that will enable their customers to purchase apps and content via their phone bill. Samsung will be the first OEM to integrate directly with Telefonica billing capabilities via the BlueVia payment APIs.
