(Telecompaper) Telefonica cannot yet comment on the ruling by Brazil's anti-trust regulator, Cade, ordering the Spanish operator to scale back its interest in TIM Participacoes or find a new partner for its Vivo mobile phone unit, because it has yet to receive the full text of the decision. In a statement to Italian market regulator Consob, Telefonica said it was still waiting for the full confidential detail of Cade's ruling, including the deadline for selling its non-voting shares in Telecom Italia's controlling shareholder group, Telco, and the deadline for paying the BRL 15 million fine imposed by the Brazilian regulator.
