Telenet CEO Duco Sickinghe resigns

(Telecompaper) Belgian cable operator Telenet has announced the resignation of CEO and managing director Duco Sickinghe. He will be succeeded by John Porter, the former CEO of Australian operator Austar until its sale to Foxtel by Telenet's parent company Liberty Global. Sickinghe will step down from his current executive duties at 31 March and as director during the shareholders meeting on 24 April.
