(Telecompaper) Telenor Norway said it disagrees with the Competition Authority's decision to impose a fine on it of NOK 788 million for abusing its dominant position on the Norwegian mobile market, and expects to lodge an appeal. Competition Authority director general Lars Sorgard said it has concluded that Telenor created barriers for the development of a third mobile network in Norway. This is a serious infringement of competition law, Sorgard added.
