Telstra retail group executive Gordon Ballantyne, who was once seen as a likely candidate for the top job at the company, has quit after five years with the business. Mr Ballantyne led Telstra's retail division and its extensive revamp as well as its new health division, which is expected to hit $1 billion in annual revenues by 2020.
