One of two men who shoplifted a bottle of tequila from the Grocery Outlet store in Petaluma Monday evening was arrested but the second suspect escaped, Petaluma police said. The men put the $22 bottle of liquor in a towable suitcase that Daniel McEvoy, 52, was pulling through the store around 7:10 p.m., Sgt.
