Tests show some '100% Parmesan' brands anything but

A test by Bloomberg showed Jewel-Osco's brand had 8.8-percent cellulose, Walmart's Good Value had 7.8-percent, and Kraft had 3.8-percent. But the FDA says its tests showed some brands like Market Pantry, Always Save, and Best Choice had no parmesan at all, but a mix of cheaper cheese and cellulose.
