Texas Well Integrity Rule Revised

The amendment will go into effect on January 1, 2014. Transfer from the Texas Commission of Environmental Quality to the Groundwater Advisory Unit of the Oil and Gas Division of the RRC of responsibility for determining at what depth usable-quality water must be protected.
