" A Dallas manufacturer of guardrail systems found on many U.S. highways will resume shipments of the product after meeting safety standards in crash tests. Trinity Industries Inc. said Friday it's getting inquiries for potential purchases of the ET-Plus Systems and will resume shipments as orders come in.
