SiTime , a semiconductor company whose technology coordinates the timing of functions that take place on chips, has agreed to be acquired by MegaChips for $200 million in cash, Deborah Gage reports for VentureWire. SiTime had raised about $90 million in equity and debt over the years from investors including New Enterprise Associates , Greylock Partners and Jafco Ventures .
