SPCA board chairwoman Theresa Gattung, who famously made millions as Telecom's former boss, admitted before the Duchess of Cornwall's arrival that she'd never met royalty. As a result, she spent the afternoon practicing how to curtsy before meeting Her Royal Highness at the SPCA's Wellington facility in Newtown at 6pm on Saturday.
