The U.S. Department of Transportation is expected to issue new regulations for retrofitting or replacing the current fleet car of tank cars in early May, and Greenbrier should disproportionately benefit. Greenbrier has led the way in designing new cars in anticipation of the new safety standards, and has the largest network of railcar repair sites in North America.
