Newton-based waste management company Bigbelly has plans to not only expand to new markets, but also use its machines for data collection and wireless Internet in some places. Bigbelly , the Newton-based maker of solar-powered trash and recycling machines, has seen demand for its now-ubiquitous smart waste systems skyrocket over the past few years.
