The Iowa Restaurant Association will hold their 2016 Culinary Affair at the Embassy Club in Downtown Des Moines on Sunday, April 3. This year's event will feature a 7-course meal with wine pairings. Each course will be prepared by a different award-winning chef, and the dishes will be paired with a wine from the E. & J. Gallo Winery .
