Using servo technology for both forming and trimming processes, Model SX-28S can perform up to 50 forming cycles/min. Servo driven linear actuators replace hydraulic cylinders in form station for optimized speed and precision, while eliminating need for hydraulic power unit. Other features include power canopy, optimized machine rigidity, and movable oven that permits mold lengths of up to 48 in., allowing enough forming area to utilize speed of form station and trim station.
