Designed for control of sheet metal parts in press hardening, PRESS-CHECK ensures homogeneous temperature distribution over entire plate surface. Thermal imaging camera captures temperature of heated plates at 950°C before pressing begins and detects contours of metal sheets so that faulty positioning is prevented. Second camera checks if cooling process is within defined quality limits. Cameras provide geometric resolution up to 2,048 x 1,536 IR pixels and thermal resolution up to 0.015 K.
