Leasing activity has slowed considerably from the highs of last year, and the influx of sublease space has pushed the market more in favor of tenants, according to Lucian Bukowski , executive vice president at CBRE . But sublease space hasn't hit all submarkets equally - the Galleria area has a smaller proportion of sublease space on the market, for instance, while Greenspoint has been feeling the pain as Exxon Mobil begins its move to a new campus.
