Housed in 8.2 x 7.3 x 2.8 mm surface-mount TO-252 style package, 25 Watt Model DTO25 provides resistance range from 0.016 Ω to 700 kΩ for automotive, industrial, and military applications. Non-inductive device can support up to 5 kW+ for 10–5 second pulse and 10 J for 0.1 second pulse. RoHS-compliant and AEC-Q200-qualified, resistor features tinned copper connections specified for -55 to +150°C operation. Thermal resistance at 25 W and +25°C is 5°C/W junction-to-case.
