Units combine high-temperature operation to +155°C with tight tolerances to ±0.1% and TCR down to ±15 ppm/K. Devices offer resistance down to 100 Ω and max rated dissipation to 0.125 W. Qualified to AEC-Q200, resistors are suited for energy management and measurement in industrial and automotive electronics, including engine control units, gear box controls, braking systems, and lighting.
