Luxury jewelry retailer Tiffany & Co. shares shone on Monday, up 3.3% and the biggest gainer in the S&P Retail Index, even as the index edged lower on disappointing June retail sales data from the Commerce Department that raised concern growth in the U.S. economy may have slowed in the second quarter.
