Tiger Airways narrows fourth-quarter loss

Tiger Airways Holdings Ltd. Tuesday reported that its net loss in the fiscal fourth quarter narrowed significantly as the discount carrier improved operating performance and benefited from lower fuel prices. Net loss in the January-to-March quarter was 18.8 million Singapore dollars , compared with a loss of S$95.5 million in the same quarter of last year, Tiger Airways said in a statement to Singapore Exchange.
