Tight Stability Clock Oscillators come in two package sizes.

Respectively supplied in 2.5 x 2.0 mm and 3.2 x 2.5 mm ceramic packages, IQXO-445 series and IQXO-430 series deliver frequency stabilities as low as ±10 ppm over full -40 to +85°C range. Both series are available over 4–54 MHz range, consume 3.1 mA at 40 MHz, and offer phase noise performance of -145 dBc/Hz at 10 kHz offset. Output is CMOS-compatible with up to 15 pF load, and both models include tri-state capability. Available supply voltages are 2.5, 3.0, or 3.3 V.
