HILLIARD, Ohio - Tigre S.A. Brazil (Tigre) and Advanced Drainage Systems, Inc. (ADS) entered into a new joint venture, forming Tigre-ADS USA Inc. on April 7(th), 2014. The Company will manufacture and sell PVC fittings for Waterworks, Plumbing, and HVAC applications, primarily serving the U.S. and Canadian markets.
