Arthur Minson Jr. , the chief financial officer of Time Warner Cable Inc., is leaving to take a job as president and chief operating officer of WeWork , a startup that rents shared office space. The news, which was announced earlier this week , comes on the heels of the agreement by Time Warner Cable to be acquired by Charter Communications Corp. , making the combined company the second-largest cable operator in the United States.
