A Nashville-based bar and restaurant chain is preparing to renovate the former Hard Rock Caf location on Beale Street. Tin Roof has applied for a $1.5 million building permit through the city-county Office of Construction Code Enforcement to begin a makeover of the 11,500-square-foot building Hard Rock occupied at 315 Beale St .
