Tipsy Elves rely on Rackspace to manage heavy Web traffic

Tipsy Elves, a San Diego-based e-commerce company that sells "ugly" Christmas sweaters, recently reached out to Rackspace to help manage and host its Web portal during a huge spike in sales following the company's national exposure last year on an episode of ABC's "Shark Tank."
