Hostess Brands Inc.'s bid to sell its bread brands to Flowers Foods Inc. has hit a roadblock with unsecured creditors objecting to the breakup fees Flowers is entitled to for being appointed as the initial or "stalking-horse" bidder, reported Reuters.
