TopBuild Corp., Volusia County's newest public company, has agreed to keep its headquarters in Daytona Beach for years to come. The company, spun off by Michigan-based Masco Corp. at the end of June, signed a 12-year lease for a 21-acre wooded site along Williamson Boulevard, just south of Dunn Avenue, where it plans to move its headquarters late next year upon completion of the 65,700-square-foot building.
