Topeka Fire rescues energy worker who had been stranded 60 feet in air in Tecumseh

A worker who was stranded for upwards of an hour on a bucket power lift about 60 feet in the air Wednesday morning at Westar Energy's Tecumseh Energy Center has been rescued. The call came out at 10:48 a.m. Wednesday not far from S.E. 2nd and Dupont Road, just south of the Kansas River and just east of Topeka.
