Tops investing $5M in Buffalo stores makeover

Changing demographics and a desire to keep its Buffalo stores fresh and current prompted Tops Markets LLC to take on a $3 million makeover of its Amherst Street supermarket. And, the market's new look, which is officially being marked Wednesday, is part of a $5 million effort by Tops to renovate three of its Buffalo stores.
