Supplied in seamless, gap-free, NEMA 6P/IP69K stainless steel or plastic housing that withstands CIP operations, Smartec CLD18 food-safe PEEK toroidal sensor features potted electronics and FDA-listed wetted materials and uses inductive technique to measure conductivity from 200 µS/cm to 1,000 mS/cm. Transmitter also has platinum RTD Pt 1000 temperature sensor, embedded in PEEK body, and both outputs are via 0–20 or 4–20 mA signal. Binary input allows range switching.
