With updated Inventory Module, SIMBA adheres to PTI Food Traceability requirements, solving problem of how to produce and track complete product labeling for fresh food in real-time. Production line worker can change content of product labels with fingertip on computer, capturing product information and printing label with barcode identifier for that tote or carton. At time of shipping, Logistics feature of SIMBA tracks each carton or pallet onto specific van.
