Traditional holiday shopping season is "meaningless" this year

November-December has traditionally been defined as holiday season but this year that is "meaningless" and will probably be the case forever due to the coronavirus pandemic's dramatic effects on shopping behaviours and long-bubbling retail trends now accelerated by the pandemic, argues a global consulting firm.
