The Portland Bureau of Transportation advises the traveling public that an urgent storm sewer cleaning and investigation will require southbound Interstate Avenue to be closed between N Tillamook and N Thunderbird Way from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Wednesday, March 2.
