TransCanada to sell remaining U.S. natural gas assets to partner TC Pipelines LP

TransCanada Corp. has offered to sell its remaining 30 per cent interest in Gas Transmission Northwest LLC to TC PipeLines LP, its master limited partnership. The pipeline company holds a 28 per cent interest in TC PipeLines LP, which owns U.S. natural gas pipelines and related assets.
