Transmode's Nomination Committee for 2014 has been appointed

Stockholm, Sweden - 8 October, 2013 At the Annual General Meeting on 15 April 2013 it was decided that Transmode shall have a Nomination Committee consisting of four members; one to be appointed by each of the three shareholders controlling the greatest number of votes and the Chairman of the Board of Directors.
