Housed in thermally efficient POWERDI5060-8 package, Model SBRT20U50SLP provides very low forward voltage drop of 0.5 V max at +25°C, peak repetitive reverse voltage of 50 V, and average rectified output current of 20 A. Lead-free, RoHS-compliant device offers reliability against thermal runaway failure in high temperature operation. Model SBRT20U50SLP is suited for use as rectifier, freewheel diode, or blocking diode in DC-DC converters and AC-DC adapters.
