Triangle companies lose $2.2B+ in value following Wall Street sell-off

Triangle-based public companies lost more than $2.2 billion in cumulative market value Monday as the Dow Jones Industrial Average closed down 588 points, a loss of 3.58 percent. The only exception among the large Triangle-based companies was Cree Inc. , which actually gained on the day.
